Elford, Rod. An Introduction to Telehome Care. Easily read description. Discusses types and benefits for both the patient and the healthcare provider and presents some evidence supporting telehome care.

Telehomecare and Remote Monitoring: An Outcomes Overview (2007, Oct 21). Link to a report, which is based on a review of published studies on telehomecare and remote monitoring, as well as several current case studies, focused primarily on how these technologies have impacted the care of patients with diabetes, congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
