There are two different databases in this file, each database is available as either Access 97 or 2000 (which is compatible with XP). The first is the files from Table 16-1 named Clients. The second is named Learning and can be used for fun or learning. The data is all of these is phony - there need be no worries about privacy.
Because instead of letting you download the database, browsers attempt to open these files creating garbage on the screen, they have been zipped into one file. Once downloaded they need to be unzipped. If you do not have a special unzip utility such as WinZip (a shareware utility from http://www.winzip.com) then you can use the Windows utility. Directions for using that can be found by clicking on the Start Button, then selecting help and entering "Extract files from zip" (without the quote marks!).
