Checking Spelling in Email
Outlook Express
- On the menu line Click on Tools>Options.
- Click on the Spelling tab.
- Select the options you want. Be sure to check "Always check spelling before sending."
- Click OK.
Windows Mail
- With the window on which you receive messages open, click on Tools>Options
- Click on the spelling tab.
- Click on the box "Always check spelling before sending."
- Click "Apply" then "OK"
Thunderbird
- With the window on which you receive messages open, click on Tools>Options
- Click on Composition>Spelling
- Click "Check spelling before sending." You may also want to click "Enable spell check as you type" which allows you to right click on a misspelled word and select the correct one while writing the message.
- Click "OK"
