Goodwill Community Federation (GCF). Although one has to register for an account to use this site, the registration is free. Once registered, you can select from any number of learning topics. Suggest the Computer and Online Classes for help with using the computer, Internet, Mirosoft Office, Open Office, or even Facebook. (Added November 1, 2009)

Kids Domain. Although designed for kids, this site is valuable for all. From this site select the lessons you want. When you go to the site you will be greeted with a splash page of advertising, but you can click in the upper right corner to skip it.

Study guide site. This instructions use programs from the Windows 95 era, but could be used as a guide to developing your own instructions for using some of the office suite software. To get to some of the tutorials you will have to click the Next in the upper right hand corner of the screen.. Includes not only general computer concepts, but information about presentations, web design, spreadsheets and word processors. Hands on exercises not pertinent to users of Office 2007.
